Kitchen Brat is a locally owned small business owned and run by Chef Michael Tatum. Chef Michael Tatum has years of working in kitchens in all types of roles and is currently the head chef and kitchen manager of an upscale restaurant in the local area. Kitchen Brat operates under a cottage license and also has access to a certified kitchen for non-approved cottage items.
